手臂按摩法~
1)手臂伸直,用右手虎口放在左手肘上,由手肘往腋下方 向推10次,再换边。
2)一样用虎口,但这次要对付手臂外侧的肉,同样往上推 10次,换边做。
3)右手抓住左手臂,将手臂分成3等分,各用虎口将手臂 肉往内侧转5次,换边
腹部按摩 促进肠胃蠕动~
1)用双手手掌,以肚脐为中心,重复10次
3)两手放在腰上,距离肚脐两指的距离用拇指往下压10
瘦大腿按摩
1)坐椅子上,用右手夹住左手拇指合掌、放在左膝上,由
3)坐着以四指抓住左后大腿的中心,一样由膝盖往大腿根
4)右手把左手大拇指夹住,呈滚轮状放在腿的侧面,同样
5)站起来用左手虎口放在左膝后方,夹住大腿肉往上推,
