通告： 最低的存款额从 RM 1 调高到 RM 20 (Public Bank)

最近 Public Bank 对普通的 Saving Account 做了调整，把最低的存款额从 RM 1 调高到 RM 20，导致很多用户在转账时一直无法成功。

意思就是：  每次您转帐，存款里一定要剩下RM20.00; 打个比喻： 如果你要转RM100, 里面一定要有RM120.。如果RM110就转不到，只能转RM90!!
