1.不喝含糖饮料,以茶、开水、为主
2.三餐一定要吃,不可因减重而减少餐次。
3.吃东西请细嚼慢嚥
4.吃饭不要拌汤汁,汤汁过油多摄取热量,过咸引起水肿。
5.改变用餐次序,先喝水,再吃低热量高纤维食物,如:青菜,高热量食物最后吃。
6.设定可达成的减重目标,每次只设定一个小目标,逐步达成
7.减肥没有藉口,不达目标, 绝不放弃
